Served as primary designer within a cross-functional team, consisting of product managers, engineers/developers, and QA, owning the end-to-end design process for User Account experience, Academy’s Mobile App, and internal in-store retail application

Redesigned key customer-facing experiences, including Customer Care Chat, Store Locator flyout, Web Header, and In-Store Pickup flows, incorporating user research and usability testing to improve intuitiveness, reduce friction, and increase conversion rates.

Travelling
I like to travel because when I'm coming back home after another trip I'm returning as a different person. It expands my outlook, inspires me and helps me grow as a person.

Plants
I like to watch things grow! I like that I can trace a direct correlation between my actions and its impact on a plants health.
In addition, nature is the ultimate designer - blending function and beauty. I like to draw inspiration from the natural world.

Organizing
I appreciate the calming effect of
a well organized space. I feel more efficient and productive when things are in their right place.
